We celebrated a friend's birthday today at an Italian restaurant. I thought it might be neat to create a cake that looked like pasta. So...one word - "Google". What would I do without the internet? Underneath the "spaghetti" is a rich chocolate cake. The noodles are made of piped cream cheese kahlua butter cream icing. The meatballs are Ferrero Rocher and the parmesan is white chocolate. The sauce is strawberry preserves. Loved this because it was such a fun and easy cake to make.
